Return Policy

At outfitflow.com, we accept returns on eligible items from all customers, regardless of location, under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:
Items: We accept returns for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear packaging with SKU labels.
Exclusions:  Non-returnable items include Beauty products, Bodysuits, Face Masks, Intimates/Lingerie, Jewelry, Swimwear, and Openpack Wholesale Orders. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
Initiate Return Request: To qualify for a return, you must email us at support@outfitflow.com within 7 days of receiving all items in your order (the return window starts on the day tracking shows delivered status).

Return Window: After initiating a return, items must be shipped back within 7 days of the request submission.

For split package orders, the return window begins on the final package delivery date.
Return Conditions: Items returned without meeting the criteria (unworn, original tags, SKU labels) are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

Return Shipping (International Customers): For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs to our U.S. warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure all return shipping charges are covered; any additional fees or customs charges may result in the package being returned to you.

Return Shipping (Domestic Customers): For customers within the United States, return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time:
Please allow us 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process your return. We will confirm the return processing by email.
